The information contained in our proposal of insurance is stated in a format that is easy to understand and compare against previous insurance programs.  As such, it is necessary to use generalized terminology.  This presentation does not in any way confirm that coverage is, or will be, in effect.  Coverage can only commence upon the issuance of a binder, and the payment of a deposit premium.  This proposal does not in any way infer or suggest that coverage as proposed will be broader than the standard forms provided by the quoted insurance company, unless the broadening features are specifically mentioned in writing in this format.  The presenter of this proposal has no authority to broaden or infer coverage beyond those that are stated in writing.

For the exact wording of the policies and answers to whether a specific claim is covered, you must refer to the specific insurance policy.  All changes in your exposures should be reported to us immediately so that proper coverage may be effected.

This summary is for information purposes only and is based upon the information obtained from you in order to provide this quotation.  Upon acceptance of this proposal, it is necessary to effect insurance with proper values.  We recommend you review each coverage proposed and make changes and updates in accordance with current information and conditions.

Please note that the broker/agent receives compensation for placement of the insurance through commission it receives from the various insurance carriers providing coverage.  Any additional fees for service, or fees in lieu of commissions, will be specifically outlined in the proposal.  The broker/agent may or may not also receive additional contingent compensation in the form of overrides or profit-sharing from certain carriers or vendors based on various factors including volume and profitability of the broker/agents book of business with a particular company.
